Is Asking To Touch a Black Woman’s Hair Rude ?

Ever been asked the question : ‘Is that your real hair” only to have somebody ( usually 9.99 out of 10 times its a woman ) reach out and immediately touch your hair as if to verify if whether or you are indeed telling the truth ? I’ve been weave checked while wearing my natural long hair in a simple pony tail and can sometimes remember on more than one occasion times where I’ve had somebody’s grubby hands digging for tracks at the back of my head, all over my head, you name it!

Fast hair growth in this context does not meangrowing long hairthe very next day, instead it refers to stimulating your hair to grow at a much faster rate than what you are normally used to.

There is no real known overnight ”miracle” for fast hair growth.  This is not to say that you can not achieve long hair in a shorter amount of time, the results you will get, will mainly depend on following a few clever and highly effective tips. Since black hair tends to be kinky-curly and dry by nature, its also more easily prone to breakage as a result. In order to grow long hair fast, its important that you understand the lifespan of  just one strand of hair… Continue reading
